A busy morning in Rabaul, Papua New Guinea with much to see. I had to divide Rabaul into three videos of which this is the first.
Why do the Rabaul people refer to whites as "dim-dim"? Has to do with the first missionaries - at least this is what I was told. The natives saw whites blowing their nose into a square of tissue and keeping it. What? Keep body fluids? I agree -- "dim-dim" --

I got to know Rabaul and its satellite, Kokopo, pretty well in the 1980s. It is/was a beautiful town!

No the reason That I asked is because there are other KZbinrs that have their travels funded that's all I always wondered what they plan on doing with themselves when the funding goes dry because a lot of them are young

I WISH! I know I'm shouting but from your mouth to God's ear. I would love to be funded...sigh... No, I have to pay. When I said you won't like my answer it is because so many people think the good fairy pays for all luxuries rather than "sweat" and really aren't happy to hear that a person worked for it.
