Khristy takes us to Cumoto Road, Wallerfield to have a chat with Wayne Bowen on his livestock farm. Wayne was born into farming as his father was also a farmer. He originally started off with a pig farm but eventually began rearing sheep & goats.
Despite the challenges he faces, Wayne maintains a positive outlook and believes the effects of Covid 19 on the world requires us to really take food security seriously and to shift our focus to truly developing our agricultural sector in Trinidad & Tobago.
Special thanks to Khristy, Ravi and the Trinidad & Tobago Goat & Sheep Society

Yes everything this man saying is true, the life line socially is, food,we have to eat, clothing,to cover our nakedness, shelter housing to secure a place to sleep, so it's best we consider some form of agriculture
