I have some of these, and I had the pleasure and honour to meet and chat with Dr. Lyons at Chester Zoo, England

I would love to go there someday, have never really been to England other than the airport for a brief layover. That's great that you met him, I feel lucky to consider him a friend!

I have a group of these and have a few young ones. I should have enough to get them out to a few people soon.

Love the videos. Sure would like more on how you care for your Goodeids, foods, water changes, etc. Not much info out there. You and Greg Sage are about the only ones out there when I do a google search. Thanks

Thank you so much! I've been to Europe a couple times, but never visited Poland. My family came from the southern tip. Hope to go there before too long.

Hi I recently had some Ameca Splendens given to me and some red tail splitfins came with them, is the blue part of the redfins unique for this variation? Is it Xenotoca lyonsi “Rio Tamazula”? Thanks!

Hello. what goodeidea would you recommend at the beginning?
@AndrewPiorkowski5 жыл бұрын
The Xenotoca are all pretty hardy and can handle a broader range of temps than some of the other species. Make sure that you have the location info though because a handful would redescribed based on that, and may be misidentified as eiseni without it. The Ilyodons and Zoogoneticus tequila are also relatively easy to maintain and breed. What are you leabing towards?

I would like to fly xenotoca einsei with poecilia wingei and I wonder if it is possible?
@AndrewPiorkowski5 жыл бұрын
@@PIGO1207 It would likely not end well for the Endlers. The eiseni-complex are hardy strong little fish with a reputation for aggression against other non-like fish that are comparable in size or smaller.

Ok. I cared about your opinion. Thank you for your help and congratulations for such exceptional fish!
