Thanks for showcasing orchids. I love them and have about 29 in my plant collection so far. I'm grateful for the work being done to try and save the endangered species 🙏 ❤

I have visited the garden countless times and have never once noticed wild orchids growing underneath the bamboo forest section. Must have overlooked them. Will come back soon. Kudos to Dr. Diantina and colleagues at BRIN. Hope the government and people in Indonesia pay more attention to plant research and conservation efforts. We have taken our natural riches for granted for far too long. It's time to see them for what they are worth, priceless treasures, and do what we can to protect and save them.

This is wonderful however most Australians don't know that we have the most wonderful and unique native orchids in Australia which are unique and under threat. I'm in wa and each year I go hunting for native orchids. through different online groups I have learnt so much from others who also do this. We are all about appreciating how special they are and preserving them for the future. I would love to see more on our native orchids and our unique bush land that is their habitat. Some will only flower after a fire or in very specific conditions they are amazing
