We went and stayed in Elsworth during the pandemic. Half or less of the businesses were open, and the food was pretty bad. Went in 2022 and while most places were open the food was horrible. Even the seafood was mostly frozen junk. This year we might go again. And I am sure they will be just about back to normal.

I can confidently say things are back to normal. Everywhere I’ve been eating around. The state is absolutely fantastic. I have absolutely not had a bad meal this year.

@@YOUandMaine Looks like we will head up to the coast in Sept. Even at the end of last year. We were still getting some pretty poor meals. Even in Freeport which is usually a great place for rest. See you there,lol.

Las Palapas for Mexican, Pho Hoa Grill for Thai take out, breakfast is the Coach House in Brewer, Tim Horton's for coffee, Timber for dinner, Dysart's for lunch, and Governors or Dysart's for pie and coffee.
