What a cool Zoo!!! Brought back happy memories of my Dad taking me to Gatorland in Florida late 90's. I got to see a Florida Softshell that's still the biggest freshwater turtle I've ever seen 🙌🐢

Glad to hear! I would love to do a US trip one day and explore the zoos and parks over there. But for now EU has still plenty to offer.

Last time i visited Rotterdam Zoo is almost 10 years ago. These days they had some rare Reptiles around.

Yeah I also remember they had a great collection. Thats obviously less now like most Dutch Zoos. Still a nice park to visit.

damn , a red crown crane , never seen a live one , bonsai people always use this bird as a figurine , i got some myself , another one i want to see is a shoebill

They are stunning birds! In April I will visit Prague who has Shoebills I believe. Will make a video when I see them :)

Great zoo! Have been a few times on visits to Houten show

Good one to combine! If you have not done it already, Burgers Zoo is a bit further from Houten but also worth it for sure :)
