WOW....Everything looks delicious, definitely will check out "Eau de Mer" when I visit Haiti. By the way Jeanty, you need to educate yourself about pronouncing the words...it is EAU not HERR like you said...it's HO without pronouncing the H....HO DE MER not HERR. Stop freaking playing the Black Yankee, you've lived long enough in Haiti to be talking like some old White Yankee. Finally, your knife should always be on your right hand not the left. Kudos to the owner for being a courageous and patriotic Haitian by keeping the hope alive. Soon we shall overcome and free Haiti from these ignorant motherfuckers who are holding Haiti hostage.
