Wonderful video. Inspired us to visit Esquel and stay at Hostería El Coirón. We have found it excellent- one of the best we have stayed at in many visits to Argentina. It is very cold now with snow on the mountains. We did some sightseeing to the snow at La Hoya yesterday. Samuel and Audrey, thanks for your videos. We'll be back in Córdoba in a few weeks before returning to Australia. Hope the renovations are progressing well!

I then proceeded to move to Argentina and have been there for 6 years now, and I see that you've both moved here as well. That lagoon against the mountains was absolutely stunning! I've never heard of sorrentinos before, they look way more plump than ravioli I think I need to find some :D Also, totally right, the water is to create steam :')

Yes, the sorrentinos are amazing! It's basically a rounder, bigger, and plumper ravioli. So good!

Lovely video as always guys! I'm heading down to Patagonia myself in a few days, more specifically to San Martin de los Andes. It's a plae I've never been to and I also plan to visit Lanin National Park and see the magnificent volcano.
