Singapore have the Best Fish Ball in the world. I’ve tried fish ball in Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan. None are as bouncy.

Usually Singapore like to use threadfin bream, the bouncier and whiter ones are usually 100% fish meat and have a very light smell, fishballs with more flour or mixed fish meat will be more dense and the fishball may also have a fishy smell.
