Endless meant at the start that if you imagine too much like your family dying in a car crash, marriage, dying, story with fan fictions and more you became like a puppet/slave of your imagination because you cannot stop those imaginations anymore, they took control over you. The title itself show how much imagination can be harmfull because it is endless, so endless suffering and more. And this is called maladaptive daydreaming I think, something that c ai do or depression and even anxiety do and it is addictive, it is just like a escape from reality so you stop socialising, stop being with friends and much more, this is when you start to suffer from your own imagination.
