Love the cute doggies everywhere! haha I remember when i was in Chile was funny how the locals pretended like the dogs weren't even there but they are everywhere! And quite big dogs usually too. I love dogs but i wouldn't recommend people who fear them to visit Chile. I guess Chileans love their dogs as much as their hotdogs :-D

+The Drunken Bear Yes, I know what you mean! Fortunately, it appears most of the dogs in San Pedro de Atacama are friendly. We only had one bark at us and it was when we walked by a property where it was sitting.

We visited for a few weeks going to Santiago, Valparaiso, San Pedro de Atacama and Easter Island. Hoping to visit further south next time.

You could do 2 weeks in each picking a few spots or traveling more thoroughly in just one or two of those countries.
