I have watched a lot of tourists' personal videos on Batu Caves. But yours stand out from everyone's else! And your enthusiasm is just simply infectious! Yes, being in the moment is not something most people have any idea of. But being in the moment and being able to be awed by even the mundane, not just the transcendent, makes all the difference between being alive and just being functional hahaha.....Welcome to Malaysia aka Bolehland.

**sees rooster ** Jasmine: "Hello little one!" Me: "aN cHiMnCKINN" On a more serious note, I completely second the taking in your surroundings when visiting "tourist" spots. I visited the Notre Dame when I was younger and all I cared about was just taking good photos. But now thinking about what happened to it recently, I just wish I took more time to appreciate the history and culture behind it.

Batu Caves is such an interesting and beautiful spot I didn’t know. I like in particular how this beautiful place of worship is incorporated in the very structure of nature. Caves are such mysterious and ancient places. The colorful staircases are so eye-catching, however the interior of the Batu Caves is so incredibly fascinating. I love Hindu temples deeply and feel a special connection to them. I smiled when I saw you with the beautiful peacock’s statue because peacock is a very emblematic symbol in my life and for some reason I am totally fascinated by them. I admire your effort in raising awareness about our environment, as this community is constantly growing your beautiful words will have a huge impact on beautiful souls who follow you. Curiously this day I was just reading chapter 12 of “The Book of Secrets” by Deepak Chopra and it is concerned exactly with the time “present” as the only time that actually exists, it’s all about living in the present moment and changing our relationship with time… I am sure you would love it! I found interesting what you said about the topic of photos and to see how you release your inner child with bubbles 🙂 Ps. You look like a princess with this gorgeous dress

If you haven't been too Perdana Botanical Garden I would urge you to visit it. It's one of the most underrated garden in KL. Not far from the garden there's the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. Huge, huge park with lots of birds. Like a lot. U would need around 3-4 hours to see all. And then not far from there. There's the Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park. It's amazing to see so many kind of beautiful butterflies they have in there. Just that the place looks a bit outdated.

Jasmine, any advice for depression, pain and stress before exams? Sorry for just randomly asking. I don't use instagram during exam season so I'm asking here. I had a injury to my right wrist earlier this year and my hand still hurts as a result which has just added to the stress. I constantly feel like being exposed to exam pressure is pulling me away from my highest self. How do I deal with this and just sit the exam and do my best?

Idk how to put this in a proper manner but these are the places you should visit in a summary: Penang - Good food, photo worthy, culturally rich (UNESCO site), there is one vegetarian restaurant I would recommend (Yi Ke Shu Tanjung Bungah), is an island so its like Singapore chill and buzz at the same time. Ipoh - Good food (One day stop) Melaka - Great food, photo worthy, culturally rich as well, recommended restaurant (Amy Heritage Nyonya Cuisine) remember to book and be punctual the boss can be very arrogant if you are late he thinks you disrespect his food and his culture. Great cafes you can find along jonker street. Remember to try cendol! Pulau Redang/Tioman - If you love the ocean, i spot turtle and dolphins, baby sharks in a single trip. Totally worth it. Pahang - Taman Negara a must! Sarawak/Sabah - Nature lovers. Hope the others can contribute as I have never been there.

Malaysia is truly breathtaking 💕, I have a question how do you handle anxiety and fear??? I've been stressing out for the past like 2 weeks and just want someone to talk to :(
@JasmineLipska5 жыл бұрын
it truly is! and find someone to talk to dear, there is always someone there for you and if you think there isn't, there may be some resistance within you. you are worthy and speaking to someone will truly help. ultimately don't be defined by the anxiety, it's actually the same as excitement except you are giving it a 'negative' label, bring yourself to the present and know that this too shall pass, and everything is going to be okay xxx
