While you were eating at the festival, at the table holding up the umbrella made me think if there was an umbrella that had some sort of comtraption that comes out of the bottom of the handle and sets up to allow the umbrella to stand on it's own, then you wouldn't have to hold it up. Some tables have umbrella's built in, but for those that don't, maybe it could be a thing.
