Hello everyone, welcome back to another video. This is the very last video from the Arunachal Pradesh series bit.ly/2QTrkkQ that highlights our visit (@honiyadakpe and Lemnai ) to the Wancho village in Longding district, located close to the Indo-Myanmar border. During the edit of this video, my boyfriend and I primarily have worked together to put together this storytelling. My boyfriend himself is a part-time filmmaker and create a solo trekking video in Nepal earlier this year kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqGnf5pmmd2nY5I I hope that you learn a lot from this Arunachal Pradesh series altogether and thank you for your kind support! Let me know what you think of this video and the entire series in general. Stay well and stay safe! :)

Syifa, well done! Nagaland has always been on my must-visit list, so you're beating me to it makes me green with envy and I'm kicking myself for that! I'm assuming you're a Sundanese, so you might not feel that strong of a connection with these lovely people, but I'm from Borneo so it's a different story. The tattoos, the feathers, the beads, the headhuntig... These are things that we are familiar with. Yeah, the Naga tribes are considered Sino-Tibetan nowadays, but they might have descended from Austronesian ancestors a long time ago. Needless to say I'm loving the video. Thank you so much for sharing this, and where ever you are please stay safe and selamat tidak berpuasa! 🙏

In Abo tani clan there are 6 sub-tribes i.e Adi, Apatani, Galo,Mising, Nyishi, Tagin. Most of the dominate population in Arunachal is Abotani tribes. For quite a while I have been waiting for a vlog on the largest of the 'Seven Sisters' states of the North-Eastern region of India. I watched the vlogs of all the popular and famous travel vlogger's on this area. But today after suddenly coming across one of your old videos I found this gem series on 'The Forgotten Land ' of Arunachal. And I was stunned how being a foreigner you immersed yourself in the various tribal people including ex-head hunters in such a way that they celebrated your arrival among them. The way you documented the landscape,the nature, and deeply probed into the life style, religion and culture of the different tribal people is unparalleled. It seems to me a classic vlog ( travel and cultural both ways) and I can also say that your 6 episodes together can be audio-visual educational resources for the school children of India.And I believe you know Arunachal means the 'Land of Rising Sun' and this land has been mentioned with stories several times in the ancient holy scriptures of the Hindu religion . Today I believe I got a total impression of the nature and people of this enigmatic land.And I was also surprised seeing the people so happy and friendly ! I don't know why this state of India has been neglected by the vloggers ( even Indian ones).Many thanks.

Lol! 😂I know that Wanchos , Noctes are Naga tribes and they got separated . They are Arunachali’s belonging to Naga tribe. 💁🏻♀️ I hope so that one day the whole humankind will unite as one race ie. Human race 🏳️✌️

Syifa,I think they culture have many similarities with Dayak. Right? Enjoy your journey dear. Greeting from Bandung
@mygoodname14924 жыл бұрын
Yeah i think so most of the northern naga tribes have similarities with culture and tradition with borneo tribes despite being geographically so distant. Also linguistucally also different. Northern naga speaks tibeto-burman dialects. Probably those from borneo migarted from mainland and stayed back while we came back from southward migartion again towards north-west at present indo-myanmar border. I myself belong to northern naga group

@Prasetyo Kromodihardjo silakan dibaca komentar My Good name di atas.
@aldoaradja91244 жыл бұрын

Hi Syifa. Hello again, from Florida. What a great opportunity to be there during this colorful festival. It's nice to see the traditions being carried on (except for the headhunting part! LOL). Love the vertical drone shot of the dance circle and village. Was that the first time they had seen a drone? It seems you were very well accepted by the villagers.
@SyifaAdriana4 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for your time to watch this video. Thank you for your kind support, Len! Yes, that's the first time many people in Arunachal Pradesh saw a drone, but the last village I visited was the most remote which makes it exciting for them to have an outsider coming into the village. I hope that you enjoy this entire series :)

...another feather up your Hat , Hello Dear Syifa Adriana, great exploration of deep interiors of Longding the place of Wangcho and Nocte Communities and their vibrant and vivid' colourful traditional attire, Arunachalis ( and the entire north east region ) are very warm and gentle and courteous , very welcoming with innate hospitality , you are lucky to film the festive /harvest .. moments of village Zedua and you've put in your soul in producing the same , that drone frame is just great , the beautiful headgear ' loluwak' is it right spelling ! presented affectionately by them suiting you pretty good ..adding grace to your charm, Headhunters of Mon' Nagaland ( Konyak Community ) and Longding A.P., have similarities ..you did mention that, well, then, that was the practise prevailing to protect themselves from their enemies, learnt that, last head hunting heard was somewhere in 70's, you must plan visiting Nagaland and plan in the month of ending November ( it will be very cold winter ) Hornbill Festival which commences from 1st December of every year , thanks to Village Teacher for guiding you all and nice to see, along with you Ms Honiya Dakpe compliments to her , seen her video filming of different places of Arunachal , so keep up doing the good work , stay safe , Ciao 🌹
