Hello everyone, I hope that you are doing well. It has been more than 4 weeks of hard lockdown in Nepal, where I am currently staying (since Oct 2019). I wouldnt say it’s easy, and despite my daily maintenance of yoga, cooking and some other exercise, I have been feeling a symptom of withdrawal. Regardless, I have finished editing this video, which took me a week to put together. I hope that you can support this channel by not skipping the ads, share the video with people you think will enjoy and leave your comments down below. Thank you so much for your kind support, I hope that you are safe and well.

One of the best things after 2 busy weeks at work, is to sit back, relax, watch your new movie and let you take me through parts of the world I never actively realised they existed. Again, shooting, editing, storytelling, choice of music etc is simply amazing and make me look out for the next episode. In the meantime, please stay safe, take care of yourself and remember lockdown is just a temporary measure. Eventually we’re going to be able to travel again and get our lives ‘as we knew it’ back. So, cheer up and think of all the good things in life that are going to come (damn, I must sound like your dad now 😄).

My final comment (after two prior comments) to this series: Excellent. It could be broadcasted on a TV station straight away, the quality is amazing. Quality of the pictures, dramaturgy, the whole editing and your unique way of connecting to the local people, which shows genuine interest and deep respect for the person, all that makes up to a great result. Great.

@@SyifaAdriana , if you do travel to the Americas, you could look into the American Indian cultural practices! On a different note you could also do a whole series on the Amish culture in Pennsylvania! ❤

Your charm is irresistible!!😁 You look energetic.💪 You have a great smile. I love you!!😘Having friends from other cultures makes me more creative. In fresh ways about space and how people create their own world and environment. It is best way to connect between creative thinking and cross-cultural relationships😘🤗😁 Now, the world can be a nasty crazy place out there, we need a lot of courage and we need a lot of resilience after that, and we will fall down before we stand up… What really matters is the silence of the night in our conscience, when we are alone. We cannot control what happens but we can use what happens. We have so much reserves of love and support inside us, if we can just remember that in our mind and move on.
