Actually I would say its a bargain not that I am rich by any means but if you look at its nut as in the amount it costs to keep the doors open and staffed in such a remote location and such a high level of skill from all the staff nothing is cheap there.

I dont know what you buy from Amazon or if you live on a tiny island out in the sea 🥴 but I am Norwegian and have bought from Amazon for years and it doesnt take many days to receive it….however, shipping, VAT and customs are expensive, so even though things are cheap on Amazon it will be expensive when all that is added.

Its not a regular v70, it has like 400 hp, they are crazy quick. Also its only on the west coast where you drive slow so you dont end up in a fjord. Highways are like 110 kph

I don't know. Spectacular setting no question, but there's an air of pomposity to the whole thing (to say nothing of the cost). It's like: in terms of a genuinely satisfying meal, would you rather eat at The Bear or the Chicago beef sandwich place that The Bear used to be? Give me the beef sandwich any day.

Well you're paying for the experience, the atmosphere, the service, the expert chefs crafting the food, the whole enchilada. Also full course meals are actually quite satisfying that's why they're served in small portions. It may seem pompous but I've come to appreciate this kind of meal setup where you savor the variety of flavor combinations rather than fill yourself to bursting with deep fried anything covered in sugar and salt.

This restaurant Reminds me of NØMA in Copenhagen before it closed. It sourced all of its ingredients From the Danish countryside,and was booked 5-6 months ahead of Time. You Did a wonderful job Transferring Your Dining Experience Thru the Screen,Bravo.

0:55 Ooof, you haven't been paying attention to the "end of" speed limit signs. The speed limit is generally 80 km/h everywhere rural, except when signed otherwise. Except that I agree, norwegians drive sloow, but not as slow as germans in campervans.
