I am about to travel to Seoul again and found your contents interesting, which is what I m looking for - deviated from the usual main stream travel places video.

If I didn't read the title I thought it was Tokyo or a smaller city in Japan. Some parts are so much alike.

haha yeah there are definitely similarities!

Hey there, I wasn't sure if I should say this, but I’ve been a long-time subscriber and really enjoy your videos from Japan, Hawaii, and everywhere else you’ve been. That said, I’ve noticed a big drop in quality lately. This video, for example, has really bad audio-it’s super distracting! Is it just me? I’ve checked on my end, and it’s definitely not my setup. Any idea what’s going on? I hope you can sort it out soon, as audio issues can really hurt a channel. Just sharing this as constructive feedback because I like your content!

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Could you let me know what issues specifically and what other videos you noticed having them? There were a couple things in this video that I was having problems with but I’d like to know what you’re noticing.

@@barrettish Sorry for the delayed reply (huge time zone difference with Buenos Aires). I am intrigued by the fact that you even have to ask, because there are so many things, and so noticeable throughout the whole video! Makes me wonder if there is any settings incompatibility that is affecting me and not you. Also, intrigued that nobody else points it out. Note, however, that II do not have this problem with ANY other video of the many, from many parts of the world, that I constantly watch. And that I am relatively "audio savvy"... As soon as I can spare a few minutes I will check other of your recent videos to see if I notice the same thing. (I've been following you for a long time and it didn't happen before.)

E.g., strange noises around 0:40, or when you say “creamy” around 1:23? Slightly warbly when you walk after that? Weird.

@ Thanks for mentioning the specific moments. Both of them were issues I was aware of and were from my mic carelessly not being fully plugged in. And because of the way the spaces were, it was noisy and hard to edit, but I decided to keep the clips in the video anyways. Someone better than me probably could make it sound better but I’m not there yet. I’m not happy with the outcome but overall it seems to be okay enough (so far).

This was in late October so before all the chaos, luckily. Yeah, Koreans definitely make their voices heard!
