This was beautiful, it was truly eye candy. Please enjoy the time with your mum. My mum would have truly loved it. Can you use the sock yarn to make other projects. I have never worked with sock yarn.

Knitting and crochet are both on my list of things to learn. The hand dyed yarns are so beautiful and soft. One of my favorite patterns is the old fashioned granny square. I think it's so cute on bags and blankets. The fair looked like such a wonderful time.

Love the scarf! Perfect color for you. Looks like it could also be used as a shawl if you're chilly sitting doing hand work. I think you could make bags bigger than coin purses but have the smaller opening. You'll think of something pretty and clever 😊 All the colors of the yarns, how do you ever choose?

30 to 40 years I bought lots of yarn. I am not sure I could even manage to crochet because of arthritic fingers.❤

There are eden cottage yarns and have a website. The label says the briar rose scarf so maybe that is the pattern name 💕
