Robbie, can you put the fence by the fountain a little further behind the shed just enough that you can't see it from where you are standing.

Hi Robbie! What fun, being able to plant some of the seedlings that you started. I can just imagine how beautiful your cut flower garden will be. The hostas look good where you planted them. Fun seeing Brent painting the fence. Freya is such an adorable supervisor. Thank you so much for sharing!

Hi Robbie, I’m glad you appreciated the Hosta blooms.. I leave mine on the plant as the bumbles, hummers and honey 🐝 love them. I do go around periodically to clean off spent blooms as they progress up the stems, but to me it’s worth it for the pollinators who need all the help we can guve them. Zone 3 Manitoba 🇨🇦👏🍁

Hi. Consider painting the picket fence partition, next to newest fountain, the same color as your fence. It would disappear like the wire on your aviary.

Am in NW Florida . Have a number of Hosta varieties. Love em. The Sun Hosta said to grow over more of Florida. ??? Like Peonies . Supposed to a few that thrive here. What ever.Nice videos you have!

Hi Robbie! What direction do your raised beds sit? I love that area of your property. Would you ever consider putting gravel in that area? Love your channel 👩🌾

The fountain corner is so dreamy, with the field of colors surrounding it. What about an antique mirror or frame with a potted plant trailing down?

I like the little fence gone, even when Brent paints it what do you think if it goes behind the shed so you can't see it and moving the fountain over to the right a little bit and planting the hosta between the heuchera and the fountain?
@Brenda-fp5teАй бұрын
I love Hosta flowers, their so delicate. Hostas are just all around a wonderful plant.

Yes, removing the strawberry bed planter will be so much more pleasing to the eye. In my opinion the white trim, etc in that area takes away from the serenity of the more natural earthy colors. Just thinking out loud. Love how your garden is taking shape. Lush and beautiful. ❤

Maybe set the little fence back a foot or so, so that it is not as visible next to the fountain.

Might want to consider putting a row crop cover on them until they are bigger. plus sprinkle on slug and snail killer. Happy gardening 🧡🌻

I just sold a kidney and bought some tall birdies beds(like Vego ) 😂. They are on sale right now and they come in different colors. Vego also has some “modern “ looking ones. I highly recommend these types of beds. You may consider them for your cut flower garden. Didn’t you plant up one in your grandmas garden? I think the “modern” one would look good in your flower garden area.

Question about the Power Planter….i have very hard packed and rocky soil. Most of the time when i dig, i run into big rocks that i have to pry out. Do you think the Power Planter would work in a situation like that?

Hi Robbie, set the fence a foot or two back behind the shed/aviary then it would look like it wasn't there ✨

The fountain area is looking gorgeous. Just wondering what you use to get your fingernails clean after planting? I like getting my hands in the dirt but haven’t found a good soap/brush combination to get all the dirt out of my nails. Hope you had fun with Mason.

Do you have bougainvilleas there? I noticed you don’t have any in your garden. They’re tropical plants and are tough as nails. I’m in Florida, they bake in the sun all day. There are many varieties to choose from.
