Nah... he just filmed it from the angle he was looking at it. It might have been a bit difficult to get the camera just right to get to everything. There isn't anything wrong with the video orientation.

OK video, but you just showed us what we can already see. Reviews will tell us what everyone thinks about it. Please don't get mad at me. I was hoping to see this: now that it is plugged in, in 10 words or less, how do I simply get it into freezer mode and set it on some temperature so it can start doing its thing? You know, just the simple get it started stuff. A nice extra would be if someone threw out a recommendation for how long should it be given once you get it into freeze mode before you start putting food into it? As well as a recommended temperature to leave it at? (I will start with going halfway across the line.) Then go into the fancy stuff. I don't CARE about super freeze, I don't CARE about wifi, and I don't CARE about another swell app to have to learn. I don't even CARE about the keys because there are no little kids around here. I just want to freeze my freaking food!! As for Celsius to Fahrenheit, I'm lucky it was already on Fahrenheit, otherwise I would have just learned the Fahrenheit equivalents and left it alone. Tired of having to figure everything out. Also, the control panel is at the BOTTOM right of the unit. Why would anyone put it there, to where you have to get down on the floor or bend way over to get to it? Wouldn't it have been better common sense to put the control panel at the UPPER right to make it easier to get to? My husband said, "because that's where all the stuff is." What stuff, oh, the electronic stuff? So why can't they run a few wires and place the control panel at the top? This is 2024. We learned how to split the atom; we sent someone to the MOON in the 1960s. I guess I should be happy that they at least put it on FRONT of the unit. I would like to know if it's possible to buy any appliance now without it having to be being a "smart" one? I have 35 years of IT experience and computer literacy behind me, which includes everything from mainframes, to networking, to back-end internet, to pc's, to tablets, to databases, to algorithms, to testing, to developing, to phones, so it's not like I have no clue about wifi, setups, apps, upgrades, internals, and the rest. Or even how to figure things out. I still keep up with tech. I hate having to RTFM (that means 'Read The Friendly Manual'). The first thing we learned in IT was about the KISS principle. And that means Keep It Simple, Stupid. Do not make things more complex and more complicated than they need to be! It seems this philosophy has died! To tell you the truth, I'm sick and tired of an app for this and an app for that, an app for this, an app for that. Like a new patty-cake song. It's fine if you're into a million apps, but I just want to use my fingers to set the thing!! WHY do I need or even WANT wifi for a simple freezer I just want to put food in? That's about as dumb as needing smart dinnerware to tell me if I have eaten all my food yet. How much is still on the plate? How long will it take me to eat it? My refrigerator has been great for 20 or so years, and not ONCE did I need wifi or even care about needing an app to see if it's still working. STOP THE APP MADNESS. I'm so sorry if it seems I went off on you. I didn't mean to. To make up for it I gave you a like, and also subscribed, so please forgive me.

I too can not believe that the controls are way down there. I do believe in KISS, but engineering is getting out of hand. We do not and will use the applications. I too have an IT background and too much information is at the companies disposal. As for RTFM, ;) I too am a hands on and we do these videos that way. Thanks again! What a rambling narration. Why I checked it out was to learn how to set the temp/thermostat for the freeezer. Fell really short on explaining how to set it up. One faulty try and simply moved??? What's the point? Putting the handle on was a no brainer, wish they had devoted as much time to something obviously complicated like the set up. If so inclined you might want to do a video on how to set up the freezer temp settings.
