Visual Studio Publish to Production

When i click this, the "one-click Web Publisher" opens instead, how can i fix this?

I have followed the previous video and I have already set up the Azure App services. As I was in 1:26 of this video, after clicking on publish, the App Service dialog does not display. I am stuck on this part. Can you guide me to where did I went wrong?

@@BillyTech0 yes i have. But the dialog box shows then disappears afterwards.. What i did to deploy the project is that I manually deploy on the azure page.

I want publish on another hosting but VS 2019 doesn't show the Publish button btw I don't have azure account
