Sleep well, drift off as the version of you who already has it. In so doing you are familiarising your subconscious mind with your desired reality. As you drift off to sleep, the subconscious mind will be processing the information all night long 🥰 persist with this method, make it part of your daily habits, always fall asleep intentionally, knowing the power of your last waking thoughts 😊 Goodnight! 🥰🛌

Omg!! I have been doing to this meditation for the past 3 days and yesterday 3 different people contacted me to know about my business and TODAYYY someone who owed me money I had completely forgotten about, returned it to me…I AM SHOOK ya’ll. I never comment on any KZbin video but I couldn’t refrain myself this time. This meditation is PURE GOLD!!

Just an idea. Maybe instead of visualizing for ourselves, we can also visualize for others & the benefit of the world.. The struggling single mom gets a check in the mail.... The homeless man sleeping outside is given a New lease on life . The family waiting for news in the hospital gets good news...❤

It's easy to focus on how difficult things are when we are struggling. But remember in compassion for others Is so important. I want to believe there's space for all

Actually I have done that. And it works because we dont have as much resistance to it. Last time a friend was in pain and needed an operation and had been told that she would not get it until many months because of waiting lists. No, I said, you get it now. Next time we met she had a date for that operation and its in a week.

I have listened to MANY meditation videos on YT and this one truly works! I listened most nights over a month’s period. I kind of feel unsatisfied because I feel like I aimed for something basic and wasn’t ready to accept more but I have come back to see if I can manifest bigger and better things. Wish me luck 🍀 ❤

My dear I pray you just simply remember who you truly are…the most magnificent powerful creation of the most wonderful God! You could NEVER be unworthy by the mere fact that you have God’s loving energy pumping through your veins with every breath that you take. God deemed you worthy of carrying the title of his representative, his child, his love and I’m sure he knew how to make you worthy of receiving these gifts before he ever created you. I love you. God loves you. Though we all have “faults and flaws” in our daily lives our pure essence, our Godliness, overcomes all of that. All YOU have to do is KNOW that by God’s UNCONDITIONAL ever-lasting love all is forgiven, cleansed and replaced by nothing but God’s light shining so brightly inside of you, right in your heart, that you could outshine all the stars in the sky for all of eternity 💜💙🩵

I think it might work for you. Start your day with meditation and visualize the flowing energy around you. It could be glowing or giving you a warm feeling. Please feel it and assign it as your protective shield. Throughout the day feel it around you. Whenever you expose the abusive behavior breathe in, and let the protection do its job. I hope it helps. It helped me during my anxiety attacks.

This sounds so calming and relaxing but unfortunately I have aphantasia so I am unable to visualise , I can think of what I would like but not able to get a scene in my mind so think that this is possibly not going to be of use to me apart from the relaxing part. Would you have anything you could offer up as an alternative to those of us that have no visualisation skills? I will use it for the relaxation however 🙂

Hi Christine! ❤ thanks for your lovely comment 😊 yes absolutely, here’s another video I made about Neville Goddard’s “Eavesdropping” technique, where you simply can imagine listening to two loved ones speaking about you and your accomplishments. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qGiadq2Zr992p6s If that is still something that isn’t suitable for you, just know the that most important element to any of these techniques is aligning your subconscious mind to feeling as if what you want has already manifested. So for example, you could simply lie in bed, feeling as though it has already happened. As if you are the version of you where what you want is normal to you. How would you feel about yourself? How would you be feeling about life? About waking up the next day? Drift off to sleep as that version of you. Feel that way as you drift off to sleep, and you will absolutely be tapping into the “active ingredient” of these methods!

@@LifeByLucie Thank you so much for your reply Lucie and for your further instructions I will definitely try that before drifting off to sleep. I follow your scripting method which is a good fit for people with Aphantasia I think and still listen to your advise and trying to do what ever I can from your suggestions. I do the self talk method which can be challenging when telling yourself how good etc I am but it is getting easier with practice and I am having a little less resistance so onward I go. 😀
