I'm not seeing it under Preview Feature in latest public release 17.11.4. It was hard to hear what she was saying, but I found that it's in in the 17.12 preview.

I could see the option under the Tools=> Options=> Preview Features in under Environment extension then Enable the Enable Multi-Project launch profile.
