Vellore as a campus definitely holds up better . Integrated Mtech drawback is you can't directly do PhD in US( from some students who applied) you will need to do a year of diploma or MS again. It's good as it's affordable around 14 lakhs. 1. Placement 80-85% with 5.8 LPA median salary. 2. If you get 2 research papers in VIT as it has lot of Prof doing research then MS you can get scholarship 3. You can also go to PhD directly, and in PhD one gets paid
