Hi Doctor, if one has commenced an ERA cycle and then find they have to have minor surgery during the cycle (repair a fractured wrist under a general anaesthesia). Would you still proceed with the ERA or cancel and postpone to the following month?

What is the difference between doing the era test 6 days after the HCG injection and 5 days of progesterone ?

Fantastic question Maelle - this is the answer from Dr Venter: "The secret of the ERA test is, is making sure it is reproduceable in the following cycle. Therefore doing it in a Natural cycle (Hcg) is sometimes difficult to reproduce. If a natural cycle is used it needs to be done 7days after Hcg injection. The Igenomix group prefers that the ERA test is done in a medicated cycle after 5 days (120 hrs] of Prog exposure."

If ERA report comes normal (at present my wife is undergoing this process) ..... Should we go next for LIT or PRP? My wife (35YO)had multiple ICSI failure(in spite of all parameters in normal range & ET done with good qualities Frozen 5day blastocyst embryos
