But Uv rays is harmful to skin. Which causes skin cancer. Bcz of ozone depletion direct sunlight along with uv rays also entered into the earth. So to prevent Skin cancer, better to stand in morning Sunlight or else evening sunlight. Instead of 30 minutes we can stand 45 min to 1 hour to het natural vit D.

Minimum 30 minutes and again depending on your colour of skin. If you are fair 30 min is ok and it is dark may be 45-60 min. But maximum skin exposure is very important. Doctor has given this valuable posting which everybody should practice. Vitamin D only we are getting for free. Importantly the timing is very important between 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Very good advice. If you have good Vitamin D level you can prevent going to ICU for covid. It is good for your respiratory function. Exposing our skin to the sun is very important and the timing as doctor said 10.00 am to 3.00 pm is very important to produce vitamin D from the sun because of UVB (ultraviolet B) rays.
