Dr. Korde explains what the root cause of Vitamin D deficiency is. He then speaks about some natural things one can do within ones lifestyle and diet to correct the issue.
This includes a list of foods that one can consume that are high in Vitamin D and also getting sufficient exposure to natural sunlight where possible. For people who live in cold countries, exposure to a 100 watt tungsten bulb also would help.

Dear doc , Indian cow (desi cow) milk is only source of vit D . Ofcourse ghee and other products from that cow source . The reason is it has a hump which is none as kumud which stores sun rays , which it converts in to vit d (only India desi cow has the mechanism)that’s why the desi Indian cow milk colour is yellow. That is one of the reason Indian cow is sacred ! And it is so light to digest after mother’s milk . And also works has lubricant for bones . Save Indian cow desi cow ! Jersey cows are not real cows and it’s milk is not good for human consumption. Pls spread the knowledge and save urself all🙏🏼. Buy real cow milk and test it urself when u boil the colour will be yellow and it tastes so good .

We are unable to obtain Vitamin D from food. What we obtain is Cholesterol and this becomes Vitamin D in response to sunlight. In cold/snow countries with little sunlight, the fires we burn provide the same effect. We often sit in front of the fires for many hours per day during cold times.

Thank you for your explanation and I do believe what it says in the Bible, "Genesis 1.29. Hebrew: God said, "See, I give you every seed-bearing plant that is upon all the earth and every tree that has seed-bearing fruit; they shall be yours for food. ... This will be food for you.
