🍳 Amount: 2 adults and 1 child over 3 years old
1/3 carrot (70g)
1/3 onion (70g)
Small pieces of pork ...130g
1 liter soup stock
Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) ...less than 1 tablespoon (16.5g)
Soy sauce ...less than 1 tablespoon (16.5g)
1/3 teaspoon (2g) salt
Spinach ...70g
Frozen boiled udon noodles ... 500g
🍳How to make
1 Cut carrot into short strips, onion into half-length slices, and pork into 1 to 2 cm pieces.
2 Put broth in a pot, add carrot and onion, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add pork and cook until cooked through. Add seasonings and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
3 Boil frozen spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes (or put directly into pot 2 and heat for 2 minutes)
4 Boil frozen udon noodles in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes longer and drain in a colander.
5 Place udon noodles in a bowl, pour soup over the top, and garnish with boiled spinach.
