I stop taking adhd meds since 2015 due to expensive and its really hard to find. Then i found out that B complex, omega 3's, santy barley, breakfast and run trice a week can improve my ADHD. Right now im taking all those suppliments for 9 years and everything changed! Including motivation to work, to complete my task, run trice a week, free from depression and anxiety, and im able to catch easily the lectures.

@@moonwolf652 yeah it works. But not like adhd meds has super duper positive effect to us, but whats the difference is that supplements and vitamins that i mentioned has no trouble side effects like, headache, and withdrawal syndrome. Honestly! I don't see any huge progress for me in my first 2 weeks taking this vitamins and supplements. But 3 weeks later i noticed some progress. Though i still have stimulations in my brain but it can manageable, and im able to focus, i have motivation to run trice a week, cook my breakfast, do chores, though i still worried sometimes but not to the point that depression and axiety can get rid of me. Yes! Ritalin and some adhd meds helped me a lot, but after 4 to 5 hrs of the meds, it starts getting me worried a lot, and my adhd paralysis began kicking. Until the doc higher my dosage and change my brand meds. But it all keeps happening. Until 2015 i decided to replace it b complex, omega 3, santy barley. Actually im not the only one qho do this. Because i got this from my 3 friends who never ever take adhd meds and replaced it supplements and vitamins. I recomend the B complex, omega 3's, and santey barley if you it in your country. It works for me and to my frienda, i hope it will work for you. Anyways! I have severe ADHD!

@@moonwolf652for me i used to train 5 times a week, sleep well, eat super healthy, take cold showers etc etc but nothing helped me more than adhd meds did. I was going nowhere in life and getting nothing done without the meds and now my life is 10x better. For some people i think the meds are must.

Self-felt Symptoms of B12: - Over sleeping + Long Daytime Sleeps - Tired All Day - Low attention to what is happening, what one is speaking - Hard to express anything, can't find the right words to form sentence, even if they are very simple. - Short Term Memory Loss. Forgets everything within 30 seconds. "Did I lock my apartment?" 😂 - Can't focus on what one is speaking! Solution: 1500 mg metylcobalamin for 40 days and you're back to normal. Btw get it checked before and after.

@@ahmadkalisa797 yeah instant change. Just check vitamin B12 from a doc. Even if the doctor tells that there is no issue, you have to check. Because my life was almost ruined. The doc told me that you don't have to test B12, but still I tested and my B12 was 118 when it needs to be 180-900. I took the supplements and found that I started remembering everything automatically within 40 days. Now my B12 is around 500.

@@luischavez2156 I started with nature's valley 1000mcg, which helped to increase my B12 according to my bloodwork.. But since my initial post, I went to see a Hematologist and was informed that I have Iron Deficiency w/o anemia, which definitely affects cognitive function, moods and energy levels. So now I'm taking iron supplements to increase my low iron count.. I would advise anyone who is experiencing confusing symptoms such as fatigue, lack of motivation and low moods/mood swings to go deeper into their bloodwork.. Sometimes a "full" CBC won't do. Ask your doctors to check iron saturation and Iron storage etc.

It is an omega 3, but the rate of conversion from ALA in plants to DHA is really shit in most people (%.5-%5) It depends on a lot of factors outside of genetics like the ratios of various fatty acids in the area of the body the conversion is taking place which itself is dependent on genetics partially especially if you’re talking about brain transport which is very important. And a bunch of vitamins and minerals. Getting those vitamin and mineral cofactors for the conversion process is good anyway but you probably should just be getting DHA. Algae oil is available pretty widely now for vegans, who happen to be the group that tends to need to supplement it the most per capita. They frequently need to supplement b12, iron and maybe zinc or copper because of the phytate and other anti nutrient content of their mineral sources decreasing the bioavailability massively.

B12 helps me to stay calm and helps me deal with depressive flare-ups from having rapid cycling, treatment resistant bipolar spectrum disorder. I get an injection of B12 once a month as a maintenance dose because my body has problems absorbing nutrients from food (coeliac disease and lactose intolerance damaged my digestive system). If I miss the dose by even a few days I feel myself sliding into depression, losing ability to focus and not having energy and motivation. It also helps with chronic fatigue syndrome, Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain challenges I have (TMJD, Leg length difference that affects my joints and back, etc). Being put on B12 injections has saved me from suffering more severely. I truly believe that they have saved me from the typical speed of development of the "kindling effect" of bipolar and combined with medication and other treatments kept me out of hospital and mental health wards. Blessings from South Eastern Australia, Dot

I graduated Biomedical Science with 3.75 but unfortunately last 2 semesters and specially last one I started feeling differently, I couldn’t focus and couldn’t think, I couldn’t remember simple things well and I started to slur when I talk. Took me a while until I was tested correctly just to find out my B6 and B2 were almost gone from system and B12 was low as well. Ended up taking B12 shots weekly and supplements of other 2. They do get better little bit and as soon as I get off B12 everything falls low again so I am taking Shots with supplements 3 months on/3 months off. Now I preparing for State boards and im really struggling. I’m trying to study with Gamma/40hz. Kind of does help my focus but my memory is very weak. I have no idea what to do 🥺

the cooking of the meat denatures b12 by 35%. and most pieces of meat have around 10 mcg of b12 per 2 servings. trust me you need methylcobalamin in larger than 10 mcg doses. industrial b12 is created through bacterial genetic processing through the usage of the metal called cobalt, humans nor animals can genetically encode cobalt into a protein. so the only tool towards attaining b12, is via lab processed bacteria. yes it has additional chemicals, but theyre harmless for the human body. i recommend liposomal sublingual methylcobalamin. its like taking a shot on the hip. you instantly feel great.

My sister has schizophrenia and does a lot better mentally when she eats nutritious foods that are loaded with b12 and omega 3s. I see the difference in her almost immediately when she eats nutritious food and takes vitamins vs. when she doesn't. I also experienced poor mental health when my b12 were very low once because of a stomach medication I was taking. It depeleted my nutrients and caused iron deficiency as well as b12 deficiency. It caused me to be depressed and hear voices. That was something that i had not ever experienced before, and I'm so grateful that I was able to realize that something was wrong and I was able to stop the medication and went back to normal almost immediately after taking b12.
