I used to get these every time I would get a sunburn. My MIL told me that they were still to use ear wax at the first tingling. For years I didnt do it and one day at work I could fell one starting. I get canker sore on my tongue, inside my cheek, and back of my throat it takes about a month for me to get rid of them sometimes they are the size of a dime . what can I do for this to help. Been to several Doctors they give me acyclovir or famciclovir they don't seem to help.

Hi Tonya, thank you for your question. I would follow up with your Dr. so they can rule out any other possible causes. Other viewers have had success with vitamin B12 (link to my favorite store.vitatree.com/All-Products/vitamin-B12) as canker sores can sometimes be a symptom of a vitamin B12 deficiency. I would also try changing your tooth paste, look for something without SLS. I hope this helps 🙂

If I get a sore in my mouth I use hydrogen peroxide. Just dab it with a cotton ball spit out anything that's left.
