Great video and I agree these daily habits can change our life. The two that changed my life the most are meditation and switching my phone off a hour before I go to sleep.

Very informative! With our food choices today and lack of nutrients with the ones we eat, would that be a reason we are losing our zinc?

I have none of the signs indicated but am vegan and have rashes on my fingers,thumb which was diagnosed as psoriasis. Can zinc be involved? I take a b.complex vit and d daily,thanks
