Took a week to receive mine. The package arrived in good condition. As a newcomer, I had a question about the PAS level setting and Vitilan replied patiently. Em, I usually hate finding a specific paragraph in a densely written manual. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. keep pedaling almost twice a week. 😎

It's an excellent ebike. Vitian's support is very responsive too. My only complaint is the accuracy of the delivery times. I'm OK with hearing it'll take longer to receive it, but tell me that Vitilan. Don't lead customers on with inaccurate delivery timeframes!

I Like a lot the look of the bike better then engwe pro 2.0 but the weight is to high 38kg! Engwe is 31kg but I will consider Fafrees F20 master with carbon frame but still 31 kg

Hey Stephen, great video! Thanks for your comment on my video also. On the airbag seat, I’m not sure if you’re aware that there is a pump underneath where you can inflate and deflate the seat to your preferred comfort level. Also, what kind of lubricant did you use on the real suspension bolts? Mine tend to squeak constantly and I’ve found that the only way to stop the squeaking is to tighten them down a ton. But I also haven’t lubricated them any yet. Lastly, if you decide you’d like access to full throttle throughout all PAS levels, it’s Advanced setting A8 in the menu. Thanks again! -Ritchie

Thanks Ritchie! My issue with the airbag seat is the centre section is too short and narrows too quickly. After an hour of riding, it's uncomfortable. Inflating or deflating the seat doesn't improve comfort in that specific area ... for me. I'm OK with the upgraded seat I had on the XP. I simply use chain oil lubricant with a couple of drops where contact is made. Like you, I do need to check and adjust the loosening screws in the rear suspension. No squeaking at all. I actually prefer the throttle to control power according to the PAS setting. The Shimano gears are also good - forgot to mention that in the video. I may look for a chest mount to video some of my rides. Front suspensions can't handle rapid vibrations that get translated into any video (as I found out on my old XP).

Very good review, thanks. I just took delivery on one of these about three weeks ago. I didn’t know you needed to loosen the screws on the suspension.

For shipping, the front suspension has a lot of air and the rear suspension is tightened down. For the front, unscrew the left cap and let some air out until you can easily push down on the handle bars. For the rear, all hinge points should be lubricated and loosened until you see the rear suspension moving. Important to check those screws after each ride to make sure they haven't worked themselves too loose; they could fall out. Congrats on your new ebike!

Good luck man if you get that bike out of the box and you hear rubbing on your brakes that means the rotors are bent hopefully you will you will know how to fix them or you got a bicycle shop that you can take it to and they'll straighten it up I've got the pro i7 and I've got a U7 and when I got them both bikes the rotors were bent on both of them that is just terrible for as much as we pay for these bikes that they would put bent rotors on them luckily I had a bicycle shop they could fix this problem for me

I'm considering the bottle holder too. I may set one on the folding bar. Or buy a bottle holder bag and tie it to the frame. Any suggestions, families?

i, I was seriously looking at the holder bag too but chose the standard bottle holder mounted on the handle bar right beside the display unit. The disadvantage of that is I have no room for the phone holder. I tried placing the bottle holder on the seat post but realized, I'd need to lower the seat depending on where I was riding.
