@@yoitsmilotic Fighters push themselves well beyond what a normal person would consider reasonable. I find it highly unlikely this dude is going to push himself (or need to) anywhere near as far as a I fighter would. By weigh ins they often are so depleted they need tinted glasses. What Kyle suggested doing, the 3 day water cut, is also asinine and unnecessary and is likely to cause damage. If you're cutting water, over a 24 hour period is the longest you should ever consider doing it.

@@yoitsmilotic its dangerous even 1 time regardless of what shape your in if you don't monitor things and do things properly. That said it's not nearly as big/drastic of a cut given Vito's typical diet and and size. So long as he doesn't try to pull it all off insanely fast. But I doubt Vito has the determination to even do something like that. Realistically all Vito needs to do is 1 500-1000 calorie day and water only, and then do 0-500 calories the next and minimal water while walking about 2 miles a day and can do absolutely nothing else and he will cut around what he needs. (and can obviously add more food depending on energy expendature beyond this)
