The real problem is that there is so much discourse about the possibility of misuse of gender biased laws, when in reality, it's the same with all the laws. There are loopholes to be exploited or incidents and identities to be faked, that will end up hurting individuals or communities directly or indirectly. Our perception of injustice and empathy has limitations, eg: outraged when an individual is cheated, but less of an outrage when we as a society is cheated. The gender biased laws are there because of systemic oppression suffered by women for 1000s of years, and it saves 999 while 1 might use it to her advantage. That one case should be discussed on an individual level(it's a problem with the individual who tried to cheat someone else), while 999 basically constitute the society. Funnily enough, this is how we are being asked to think of all communities, races, religions etc, but when it comes to women, we men find it difficult. No it's not same with all laws. For exmaple Govt. Amend Income tax law to stop tax evasion on regular basis. But in case of false rape case Govt. do nothing. Anti male rape law doesn't come from sky. It was passed by a bunch of SIMP politician/MP/MLA. False rape case is a recent phenomenon after absurd interpretation made by Courts and Absurd changes made in Indian evidence Act related to presumption of guilty until proven innocent. Don't compare other laws with Rape law. Other laws don't havs presumption of guilty. Presumption of guilty violates human rights of the accused. A person should not be put in to jail on the basis of presumption. False allegation itself is a crime and women must be sent to jail if she make false alegation of rape. FYI--- As per NCRB STATISTICS 80% rape cases are false even though Indian rape law has presumption of guilty until proven innocent.

What a biased and stupid perspective. No, it's not the problem with all laws. You can easily prove innocence if you are falsely accused of murder, falsely accused of bribery but not so when it's rape , domestic violence. That's why false rape cases are 100 times more than false murder cases.
