@@lemonpepperwings4434 so my breathing improved very slightly. But thats bc it was not the turbinates constricting air flow but my nasal valves. The previlus doctors didnt diagnose that before until a new doctor i am seeing. So always get multiple.opinions!

But again, if you get turbinates done, be sure to let them know not too take out a lot bc you will lose some sensitivity to smell. Meaning, it will he harder to smell stuff that isnt close to your nose.

ENS is caused by bone and tissue changes to the turbinates. It's a very complex system of thermodynamics and nervous system feedback. This procedure does not seem to have a mechanism possible to cause ENS. Unless you are in the USA I doubt this procedure is even available. Most of the time in the medical world, a new thing like this would take at least 10 years to be taken up by normal ENT surgeons. They like to test and test and test things and see how they pan out before using them in everyday practice.

@@AriL3ve if it's bad enough, anything is possible. Even septum injuries can potentially cause ENS. Anything that damages the structures of the nose, the nerves etc
