Most of the KZbinrs I follow seem motivated by their love of the subject matter and/or by patriotism and truth in the case of new commentary KZbinrs. When I was in third grade, I was editor and chief of our school newspaper. I still remember the speech that my teacher, Mrs. Oldham, gave us about the journalistic code of ethics. Granted in third grade we were not doing hard-hitting investigative pieces it was mostly about bake sales and school lunches and any other special events happening around school. Regardless Mrs Oldham took the opportunity to teach us the importance of a free press. She emphasized the responsibility of the journalist to the public to always seek the truth and to expose corruption. She taught us the importance integrity and credibility. Her lessons have stayed with me more than anything else I think I learned in my whole academic career because of her passion for the subject. It is obvious that the members of the main stream or legacy media never had someone like Mrs Oldham teach them about what it means to be a journalist. What used to be a nobel and respected profession, is now just a tragic joke.

People who rent out units have to put their units and the prices they pay into the ai before getting the meta data they need to start rent fixing. Now they keep a percentage of units un rented to prop up rent in a given area. It's technically illegal, but those profiting off it are proping up the whole scam.
