Yes, VIvian is so wonderful that we Texans won't even diss her for saying Pea-cans....pah-CON is a real deal. I wouldn't have thought of adding butter to my cheese ball but it s a great idea..Figs, too, though I don't like them much...Might sub some dried apricots for that part. Vivian Howard is both a Chef and a Culinary Sociologist...

I have never seen butter as an ingredient in a cheese ball. I was even more surprised she put a whole stick in. Unsure how I feel about this.

Vivian was rushed, as always on TV shows. Rachael can LOL all she wants but the guests are always rushed to finish.. I feel this is disrespectful to guests. Shut up up Rachael Ray if you invite them on, give the courtesy. Vivian has a better video on her cheese ball.recipe check it out!!!

You know, I discovered RR in 2005, loved her 30 minute meals show, but I think the next year she got the talk show and I never liked it for that very reason. She talks over the guests a little too much. But, I'm making that cheeseball.
