This episode made me think so much about the happiness that being there for others and that encouraging others can bring you. What Viv said about being conscious of the fact that other people have completely unique personalities and lives really puts everything into perspective. I feel like it's easy to dissociate from others and be selfish, but when you realize that someone next to you on the bus has a whole life just as valuable as yours, it makes you be so much kinder and treat others the way you would want to be treated. And it's crazy how easy it is to forget that in everyday life. Anyways, sorry about this huge ass essay lmao I'm just really glad you guys hugged me with your voice today!!! 🥺🫶🏼
