Vivint door bell removal

Want to get your Vivint door bell off the wall? It might be a T5 (torx), which is the tool you need.

To anyone interested, remove Vivint from your life, they are ridiculous to deal with and DO NOT let a technician into your home to check your panel, it will crash days later!

This video is NOT a how to remove a vivant doorbell. You should remove it or rename is to what size tool to use.

I'm right along with you I got vivant last month the sales rep lied out his ass to me about almost everything and now I'm stuck removing the system bc they won't come out and take it out like they said they would

How did you get rid of the base plate?

At this moment I don’t remember. It was simple. Let me look back through the footage to see if was just one screw and will update you…

I looked back at the video and 4 screws were holding the base plate to the stucco. I removed those, turned off the power, and disconnected the wires.

@@JamesSaine yup I just did it myself like u said once u get the camera off the baseplate u can see and it's pretty simple
