Do NOT finance ANYTHING through VIVINT (Fortiva) because if you pay it off early, they completely delete the existence of your account and won't provide confirmation of payoff, but won't say you don't have a balance either. The customer service for BOTH companies is AWFUL! I'll spend the money for the store system next time and avoid this con of an operation this company has to prevent you from canceling service.

I wouldn’t buy anything from vivint again. You can buy multiple other cameras for the same price of one of their cheap cameras. On top of that none of there products ever work properly, annoys you more then giving you peace.

Save yourself from this company. They are the worst security company in this country. It has taken me 8 months to get them to stop charging me after I moved out of the house I had their service in and cancelled.
