Previously I have a vivo Y series smart phone, it's having some speaker issue. Service center fixed the issue with an hour and it's nice experience. Now I have upgraded to vivo premium midrange phone and damm phone have no blotware every month security update time to time .

Vivo's service center facility is very nice.. i visited the service center a year ago , i don't have to wait for a long time , i have folder issue on my phone. They cleared everything with me and repaired my phone in about 2 hours and called me after 10 days to ask me how my phone is working and am i satisfied with the service. Edit - but not their UI , they still need to work on it.

It depends on region . In my region Samsung and Vivo are the only 2 companies who give any true service . I have visited redmi/xiaomi centre before and the experience was shit . Took 3 months and 4000 /- to repair dead camera of xiaomi 11 lite NE.

Hi, I am from Buxar, Bihar. 7 days before I broke my screen of my v27pro by mistake. I called the service center. They gave all the information and I took appointment. I reached they told me it will cost around ₹8789 and 45mins to replace the screen. I waited in the lobby meanwhile they offered water n coffee. While my phone was being repaired I was going through magazines. I got 90 days warranty on my screen. Over all I had a very pleasant experience with vivo service centre. ❤❤ Thanks Rakesh bhai.

I visited two times vivo service center in my city for screen guard change.. They provided me free of cost screen guard 2 time.. As i am using x80 pro flagship... But i think after releasing x90 series they might be stop such services for x80 series smartphones.. Otherwise good service center compare to all other android brands... Rakeshbhai ek baat aap humari vivo software team ko pahuchaye k please upgrade funtouch OS as soon as possible.. Very old and very limited functions in OS..

That's real guys , Let me share my story with vivo service, once i went there to replace my phone's combo and the manager said come tomorrow cus there's labour holiday on Saturday's so you'll have to just pay for the spare part not the labour and the price went down 360 rs so I'll say there very helpful ❤

They simply said the display is unavailable and manufacturing is discontinued(its showing available online on official website) and offered me to buy vivo t1 with 20% offline discount on mop (the dirty MRP over MOP game) and they will collect my phone with no value return to me atleast i can sell it to kabad but they simply wanted to collect it for ₹0 that was 25k when i bought it so they just wanted to sell their new product over the one which is 4 year old but things dont work this way for most mid class people. So the conclusion is that you are doing your job absolutely fine but 1) its a collaboration video 2) you are an famous tech youtuber and things can be different for normal users ( messing with a tech youtuber causes impact on brand same as messing with puneet did with big boss, jio cinema, mc stan and others) 3) experience may differ in different service centre(some are good some are bad for same brand) and it is true for every brand... I can say that vivo is a good brand offering best value in low, mid and high range than most brands and i suggest vivo(i have used redmi, i got the feels of realme ,samsung ,oppo mid range anyone around me uses family or friend) to anyone who asks me about buying a new phone but still service centre experience is actually bad for most users

i agree to the point that brand service centre are not as good as shown in this video, of any brand, they are pretty bad when it comes to anything less than the flagship devices, and yeah they never care about your experience they usually see their own profit IRL so i could relate to such situation in a different way.

Scripted and fake fake fake He is checking it for V23 which was launched in Jan 22, go check the spare for any model below V20 series you will come to know the reality. You will feel cheated First of all when you do paid collaboration you should also check the reality. I would like to tell you that they only act as a selling store and not as a repair centre. Most of the spare parts are always not available for Phone older then 2 years and company won't provide them on forseable future as well. The most basic spare part which is battery is also not available in the stock actually they don't keep it deliberately. So your depreciation becomes 50% year and after two year your phone is scrap. So Rather buy an iPhone. Secondly they do misleading promotions to lure customers to their store with no labour charges on Saturday and Sundays free tempered glass and back cover etc but when you visit ultimately they will tell you no stock or short supply. Finally they will ask you to buy a new handset with some discount whichnl they treatbas a solution. What nonsense. In the end your handset will become useless after 2 years no matter if itsworth 80,000.

This doesn't look genuine!! With all do respect, if you are to give any information/experience on service sentence then it should be made with spy cams or something. SO the experience should be same as other ordinary customers. They are talking so politely but in reality its not the case.
