thanks for the updated "sex" vs "gender" definitions. my prof still calls everything gender and everyone in the class looks around at each other and silently and collectively decide not to say anything bahahahah

Some people use gender because they feel uncomfortable with the word sex due to its other meaning.

Hey I would love to see more updated information on exercise and female hormone cycles! I think there is research that shows that there is more to the story than just calorie intake = regular periods. Have you checked our research by Dr. Stacey Simms?

Thanks for the comment! These videos are meant to be at an undergraduate level so I try to avoid a lot of the nitty gritty details. This specific topic also is not the focus of my research. So my information comes primarily from reading text books. Thanks for giving us the reference to learn more.
