I've got two more ideas for you: 1.) Mini-Mayhem. You build a Micro-Home for every single pack in the Sims but can only use stuff from said pack. Alternative Idea: You could challenge others to do the same and upload to the gallery to view next episode, OR go head-to-head with other sims youtubers as a friendly challenge just for fun. 2.) The Mansion of Madness (there's a theme here). Build a mansion, one room for very single pack in the game. This can count hallways/outside courtyards, and you could split the total outdoors area into 4 separate areas of front, back, and both sides should you desire. At the end though, every pack will have it's own area to call it's own. Alternative Idea: Hallways must be Base Game only.

Challenge Idea: (I saw this video from someone else but I thought it was cool) So you build a shell of a house with all the walls for the rooms built. So basically you have a wheel with all the different rooms for a house (Living room, kids bedroom etc) and then when you are on a room you spin the wheel and whatever room you have you need to make the shell of the room into that. For example you pick a room and you get bathroom, you make that room into a bathroom, no matter where it is or how big it is.
