Hi Sameena, How are you? You can use shea butter as a base for moisturizer and almost all skin creams. You can even apply it as it is without adding anything to it. I usually buy a big pack of shea butter and use it in a lot of DIY skin products at home. Buying a big pack is always cheaper too :-) As far as I know, only gingelly oil and henna aggrevates sinus as they both cool our body a lot
