Viz Media Manga, US Printed vs Italy Printed

How big is the difference of thickness between US printed and Italy printed manga published by Viz Media?

I bought Chainsaw Man volume 6 to 11, only volume 9 is printed in USA but the quality is the same but recently I also bought Jujutsu Kaisen volume 8-11, so far only read volume 8 and it is printed in Italy but the quality is lower than Chainsaw Man.

What I would be curious about is what is the technical name for the paper used by VIZ for standard manga volumes? The name that would be used inside the printing facilities and by the teams that are responsible for ordering books. This is something that many people have been looking into and would like to have more information about for self publishing. What I do know is that the paper is usually sold in rolls and not sheets, but this is just a guess from a Canadian based print supplier that I talked with.

which do you prefer italy or USA ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i have some manga printed in italy but there print quality is like prirated manga and usa printed manga pages are sightly whiter it may be better quaulity paper than italys one , do you have same opinion >>??

I'd prefer USA printed over Italy. However, during this manga booming, it seems like even US printed manga has its own problem. Their quality control has been declining lately.

@@kulturpoop Now all depends on luck, wheater viz print anywhere ,just dont want misprinted mangas thats all , specially chainsaw man series my money(and time) just wasted , many chainsaw volumes are misprinted , many peoples had complained about it , but viz publishig house dont care , they just want to print money , lol

@@enriquealex7156 of course they do. Sometimes when their series is cancelled and they dont have one going on, if they are still selling volumes from old series, they will still get money coming in

Ini saya baru dengar perihal komik dari VIZ Media,terutama untuk printed in USA dan printed in Italy. Untuk ketebalan saya tidak ada masalah(saya terbiasa baca komik dalam Bahasa Indonesia). Saat mengukur dengan jangka sorong digital mengingatkan saya dengan Fisika Praktikum di dua semester awal. Ya kurang lebih begitu

there are some printed in mexico also < is there any difference in qualty ,,,,,,, some mangas spine are misprints mostly from italy printed manga , i think italy sells pirated mangas it irritates me if mangs spine is misprinted ,

No in italy don't sell pirated manga but sells only official licensed manga.
