VKTRY Insoles are a scam! Do t waste your money!!

VKTRY insoles have been making the rounds on social media. They make the claim that they will increase your vertical jump. There is only one problem….. they don’t do that at all!

Actually when you try that position on 2:59 it looks similar as when (my case) playing soccer yo do certain movement to almost get into that positioning of the body, which looks beneficial in this case for a soccer player. Also, I believe an inch of advantage in soccer can make a difference so for soccer would be good. Do I make sense? What do you think? Thank you!

I’m not sure how you would get into a similar position as that but I don’t play soccer so I don’t have any feedback for you on that. As for an extra inch, yes I would take that too. I doubt the insoles could provide that.

Most people don't understand the physics of spring force and spring constants of simple springs. Let alone the complex physics of bio-mechanical movements of the human body.

Yes, if you bend an item with more potential kinetic force do to the rigidity of the item, it will bounce higher, which has ZERO to do with what they are saying this product will do. The insolve has to push 140 to 230 lbs of force in the air. Sure. Total gimick.

100% correct. Thios is the same scam that keeps coming back every 10 years or so......They may fall to the same fate as KT Tape if you know what I mean.

They do have a 90 day money back guarantee. Most ppl will not realize there is no noticeable change within that 90 day period. The majority of ppl do not have an accurate method of measuring there vertical. Can you provide one third party study that shows an increase in performance? Here is one that says they couldn’t find any performance increase but that the participants “felt like the performance increases with the insoles. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10449319/ Also, if this was proven to increase speed, agility and vertical, it would be banned in every major sport. Gear can not give an athlete an added advantage over other athletes. VKTRY has provided zero scientific evidence showing the increase in performance. They provide testimonials but those are easy to fake. I had a player claim she could jump higher with her new VKTRY insoles. I had her jump with them and jump again without them. Guess what….. she could jump the exact same height.

Not really. They hurt my feet a little bit. I couldn’t notice any improvement to my agility, movement or jump.

Not for $150!!!!! I can pick up a super shoe with a carbon plate for $225. A decent shoe is $150. Toss in a $150 and the cost of the shoe is $300. Too expensive!!!!

I just bought the Mac insoles for $167. The regular basketball insoles been hurting my feet so hopefully these expensive insoles will help the pain

A lot of people prefer a stiff insole over a soft one. I know for me, the soft squishy insoles will make the balls of my feet hurt. So I prefer stiff

No one could say you haven’t given these a fair shot. I mean look at those demonstrations. VERY scientific… Here’s a genuine question for you - how can they be a scam if they have a money-back guarantee? If you don’t like them, you can just send them back. Do you actually understand what a “scam” is? If not, maybe consider changing the misleading title on this video. Unless you’re just another guy hating on a brand for views - in which case, delete it 😂

If you can get your money back if you aren’t satisfied, how can it be a scam? And regarding the testimonial you have just shown me - how do I know this example isn’t made up? Do you see the problem here? According to their website, they’ve sold more than 300k pairs - they’ve got to be doing something right otherwise they’d have a bunch of 1* reviews right? Anyway, as a basketball coach, I respect the fact you’re coaching - it is admirable and often thankless work. But maybe think about what you say publicly a little more carefully. You do not look good here…. From a coach to a coach 👊🏻

They promote different versions for different sports. Mine are the Gold version and they are for volleyball and basketball. They claim that it will increase your jump vertical.
