I really like the realism of Mark's reaction to what he's going through when finding out where and what his father has been up to and the realistic anger he has against him. I also love watching Nolan's internal conflict as you can tell how deeply conflicted Nolan is about growing feelings for the Thraxians and the new family he has and yet betraying his people's cause. I'm really interested in where this redemption arc goes for him. Honestly, it has the potential to be as well written as Zuko's redemption arc from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Nolan might actually be my favourite character in the whole show. The fights in this episode were utter and pure RAW BRUTALITY! Steven Yeun and J.K. Okay so, I imagine that if Zod from man of Steel had succeeded the Kryptonians would be just like the Viltumites. Zod himself says that being born and bred to be a soldier is all he knows. So with that in mind he would most certainly be the kind of leder who would simply renmove anyone he deems as weak or unworthy of life. It's actually a part of why he revolted against the Kryptonian council in the first place. That being said, A Kryptonian can very easily dominate over 100 Viltumites on their own. So just imagine if ALL of the Kryptonians on Zod's ship actually stepped foot ON Earth and just started pacifying the militaries of the World. I mean Clark mnaged to succeed because he was only fighting Zod and Faora. After Faora was taken back to their ship she only came back to try and stopp Lois and the plane from activating the Phantom zone; none of the other Kryptonians save for that one soldier who fought beside Faora got involved. Zod had at least a dozen or so other soldiers with him and possible a couple of scientists. so I'll guess at approximately about 20 - 25 Total Kryptoninas on the ship. Imagine if the were ALL on Earth. Imagine how quickly the planet would surrender. Clark MIGHT bet the better of two (maybe three) of them, but the whole squad of Zod's soldiers??? Not likely. Perhaps that's why in most stories Whenever Superman discovers the City of Kandor, he makes sure there's a Red Sun close by. They are his people and he knows the vast majority of them are regular citizens; But Clark's just a Kansas farm boy with God Tier power that can crack the planet in half with a single punch. lol so....thousand - possible tens of thousands - of fully powered Kryptonians can be a considerable threat. @@LordVolkov _"They are a bit vague on what she can do, so manipulating oxygen in their blood could be a loophole."_ It's conceivable, certainly, but her power is _always_ on the atomic scale and it's a mental block rather than a written contract so I'd say the odds are against it. _"Even so, encase them in diamond..."_ Certainly.

Will Smith has a great line about fear in After Earth. He says. "Danger is very real; but fear is an illusion." And it's 100% true. Fear prevents you from taking action. But that doesn't mean you should not be cautious in dangerous situations.

I have a question why is the support group therapist so goddamn FINE like is she a hidden character or did the animators just go unnecessarily hard in the paint on her?? 😂

If you think there's a lot going on in these episodes, imagine being a comics reader and knowing all the little details alluding to plot points the show hasn't revealed yet. There's SO much more going on behind the scenes, and I cannot wait for show watchers to get some of the big picture stuff that's coming up.

34:45 if you look closely Mark did the same move his father did to the Immortal to decapitate him which meant he could have ended it there. But he used his palm instead of his “knife” hand.
