Time of day and position has zero relevance to the meaning of stealthy there bud. Stealthy simply mean undetected. If the person she's stalking doesn't notice him then he's SUCCESSFULLY being stealthy. It's as simple as that. You can be stealthy even in plain sight, you know. Like how Batman just disappears from sight when there's CLEARLY open space of almost a hundred feet in all directions or NO exit whatsoever for him to NOT be noticed leaving. such as the scene in Dark Knight when they find him IN the room with the two bodies and NO ONE saw him come in and then he leaves WITHOUT anyone noticing?? Mind you he enters a room with ONE door AND disappears and no one saw anything. Black Noir is essentially Batman.

My favourite detail from a show packed with details: When we first have a scene at the home of the leader of the "Church of the Collective" the backing music is the song "Orinoco Flow" which has the chorus "Sail away, sail away, sail away". The CotC is an obvious parody of Scientology whose founder was obsessed with sailing and nautical themes in general, for example calling himself Commodore and having his most dedicated followers called the "Sea org". There's no way this musical choice was coincidence

Of all the times Homelander is surprised by something, he always plays it so genuine each time. He's looking at footage of himself being a hero and admiring it with mild interest and THEN Ashley shows him what happens after he flies away and he's just simply "OH" as in "Oh Shit!! THAT happened??" lol. Not even Freiza loves himself more than Homelander does. Those two are the best comparisons I could make. Homelander a racist bigot and Freiza casually and happily calling the Saiyans monkeys to their faces with a big shit eating grin. I mean they are built from the same mold obviously.
