great video coach! it was cool to see his progression over the years. the young vlad hairstyle was pretty awesome not gonna lie. definitely one of my favorite arm wrestlers! he should probably stay in 80kg class, i feel like that's when he is strongest p4p. if he's 100% healthy and with hard and consistent training, i have no doubt he can beat the likes muratov, simeonov, oniani, hamza, samushia etc. hopefully his shoulder is all healed up!

I remember going through results from euro/world arm 2013 back in 2014 and i was always wondering, what was the reason of the jump from 65 to 75 kg class ?
