I already said this before. Putin launched the Kinzhal missile in Ukraine after the UK deployed the Sky Sabre defence system in Poland and mocked Russia by saying the deployment of the Sky Sabres was to "send a message to the Kremlin". As of now there are only two countries in the world with fully functional hypersonics: Russia and China. The US also has missiles which can match speeds of the hypersonics, but they lack the capability to move mid air like Russian hypersonics.
